REDONDO Free Online Workshop in Biobased Nanoadditives in Polymer Composites
The REDONDO team is very excited to spread the word about its first online workshop on “Biobased Nanoadditives in Polymer Composites”. What’s in store? 

The workshop will be the opportunity to showcase REDONDO’s progress relating to the development of biobased additives and their incorporation into a polymer matrix to prepare composites with advanced properties. More specifically, the development of nano-sized cellulose and lignin will be presented by ITENE and CNANO respectively. The impact of the integration of these additives on the properties of polyethylene will be further discussed by ITENE, CNANO and AIMEN. AUTH will share preliminary results obtained with HDPE/tannic acid composites. 

The audience will also get the chance to discover a bit more about REDONDO’s sister projects: ESTELLA, REPURPOSE and SURPASS. From the ESTELLA project, results regarding the dispersion of cellulose nanofibers in epoxy resins will be discussed, while REPPURPOSE and SURPASS will highlight their first achievements.
